At Progressive Dental we have been very successful for over 30 years! While we have enjoyed our success, to us it just as important to give back to those less fortunate than ourselves.

One way that we do that is that almost every year Dr. Brian Palmer makes a trip to Third World Country to provide free Charity Dentistry to those in need. The exciting thing about participating in a service like this is that you get back more than you contribute. As Dr. Palmer says "The feeling of satisfaction from helping those who really need it is like no other!"

Through the Charity Organization 'Kindness in Action' - which promotes children's health and education in remote impoverished areas of the world. We are able to participate in helping communities to provide basic health care, education and community appreciation. With something as simple as dental checkup and a new toothbrush we are able to make a difference in lives who need our help. We encourage everyone reading this to participate and support valuable services such as Kindness in Action.

Another way we try to give back to the community is through the support of Local Schools and Community Sports through Silent Auctions. We are fortunate to live in a great city such as Calgary and to be living in such supportive communities such as Sundance, Midnapore and Shawnessy.

To all our patients who have made our success possible throughout the years - a big thank you! We will continue in our support of worth causes such as Charity Dentistry (and we encourage all other dentists to do so as well). In fact Dr. Palmer is planning another trip to South America in Spring 2012!
