Cancellation Policy
At Progressive Dental due to a continuous high demand for "prime appointment times" we require a minimum of 48 hours notice per appointment should you require to reschedule your appointment.
Your appointment time is valuable time that your Doctor has specifically reserved for you. In the case that insufficient notice is given a $30.00 fee will be charged prior to scheduling a future appointment time. This amount can be applied towards your treatment fees at your next appointment.
